I do like this unit. I'm heavily considering adding some code to the codebase, but still going over the github open issues. Stuck a whip antenna on it, but have no idea whether that improved transmission. Needs a RangeR test...
Incoming messages only show the last for specific stations.
Cannot delete messages on the unit, and they still persist even on the Android side.
And an external power switch turning off the battery would be nice, but not sure if it is necessary.
