How does the 2-Way Radio function and is it limited to UHF? Can this also run an Encryption?

The 2way radio function of the Pulse is separate from Lora/Meshtastic radio. It runs on the FRS(Family Radio Service) bands and cannot be encrypted.
Will there be a GMRS option at some point? We do have repeaters around here. Also, GMRS is higher power than FRS.
