Except it booted into the Raspberry Pi OS and there were/are no instructions -- so I bought a device that has no manual and I haven't been able to get working in weeks.

Hello! Did you purchase an SD card with the Strike? If not, the team will need to send you the configuration file to ensure the sound functions properly.
