I've had my Trekker Delta for about a week. I charged it to 98%. It would not charge to 100%. Used it until it was at about 32% and charged it again. Cannot get it to charge past 91%. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out! This can sometimes happen due to battery calibration or charging protection features. We recommend letting the device discharge a bit further and then performing a full charge cycle while keeping it connected to the charger for a while after it reaches the upper range.
