I just received a new ranger magnum and its not recognizing other nodes and other nodes cant pick it up either. Is there something i have to do to get it online/functional that im not doing or is there another issue?

@Trevor Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you’re experiencing this issue. A few things could cause this. Please make sure the region is set correctly, and the channel settings match your other nodes. If those settings don’t resolve the issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look.
