Pulse lost programming after battery died

  We have two of the Pulse radios, and a Relay, and another repeater.

   

  One Pulse lost programming after the battery died, and now after setting it up exactly like the other, NO DM works anymore, just "channel" messages.   I get the "NO CHANNEL" Error when sending DM's

  Do I have to go around to the Relays and remove the originally seen radio?  That's the only thing that worked between the two Pulse radios.

  It would be a bad thing, because they are up on top of two SEPERATE MOUNTAINS that are inaccessible by vehicle.

  Almost a month later, and nothing? Do I send everything back?

  You just need to delete the groups and share the encryption key again. This is a known Meshtastic protocol issue. Sometimes devices get out of sync with keys.
