Set it and forget it

We’ve got the Spec5 Relay installed on a tower at our rural operations site, and it’s been rock-solid. It handles harsh sun, rain, and wind without a problem. It extends the network significantly and doesn’t require constant tweaks or maintenance. Love the durability and low power draw—truly off-grid friendly.

Game changer for long-range comms

I’ve tested several LoRa nodes, but this relay stands out. It’s built tough, handles solar charging well, and gives us a consistent 10+ mile range in rural terrain. Great Bluetooth integration for setup via the app. Perfect for amateur radio, hiking base stations, or mesh networks across large properties.

Reliable range extender for our cabin network

We mounted the Spec5 Relay on a metal pole near our off-grid cabin, and it drastically improved the reach of our LoRa mesh. Installation was a breeze, and since it’s solar-powered, we don’t have to think about it again. It’s been through two rainstorms already and kept working like a champ. A great investment for expanding communication in remote setups.

Solid performance, just a bit bulky

The relay performs exactly as advertised—great range and consistent uptime. We use it during wildlife tracking missions where we set up base points in remote valleys. The only downside is its size; it’s not something you carry around. But once installed, it’s very dependable and weatherproof.
